The pizza is cheap and not very good, but that's to be expected. The one saving grace is that it's hot and ready, so you don’t have to deal with ordering ahead from the interstate, and you're just trying to grab and go before you get home...Unless it isn't. I'd get it if the supposedly "hot and ready" menu items were a few minutes away from being done, due to high volume of sales, but 25 minutes is longer than it takes to cook a pizza from frozen. They’re usually pretty busy, not unlike other Little Caesar’s, so more often than not our order doesn’t make it into the pickup kiosk. But we know that now, and once the tracking app says something like says “packing up your order” we’ll head in and tell them the name, and we’ll immediately get our food and be on our way. They’re polite, work their butts off, and so far we’ve never had an issue with our order. Easy peasy.
