This place doesn't deserve a start ordered my pizza at 7:29. It is now 10:10 the app. Shows its has been in the oven since 8:37. Called the location to check and manager said " it been ready" ! I asked him if I go pick it up will it be cold he repeated himself saying " it been ready". Please avoid this place at all coat.

I ordered my food through the app around 8:30 and I was send the notification that my food was going to be ready until 10:30-10:40 right before they close. Why do they take so long and the pizza is always undercooked from the center. The service is also not good. This location needs to be inspected because of their time with food and the way it’s cooked

Just waited a hour for a cold deep dish pizza because your system was down mostly everyone in there was Hispanic the people behind the counter. Never asked anyone to see a receipt for their orders, but then when it came to me, they asked to see my receipt and asked If paid for my pizza which I paid online, which they should know how receipt looks. I’m very offended that I showed the young lady a receipt and she still asked If I paid for the pizza. After I watched her give multiple Hispanic customers there Pizza without even asking for a receipt and proof of purchase I will never be back here or each pizza ever again you lost a loyal customer today 4:25 pm 4/6/2024
