I’m a delivery driver for Uber Eats, and this Baskin-Robbins location has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. On August 3, 2025, around 9 PM, one of the male employees failed to give me the complete order. Because of that, I showed up to the customer with missing items — very embarrassing and unprofessional.
On top of that, the staff at this location is often careless and disrespectful. Orders are rarely ready on time, and when you ask for help, they ignore you or act annoyed. No communication, no apology, just poor service.
If you’re a delivery driver or someone expecting quick and reliable service, avoid this Dunkin’. This place badly needs better management and staff training.

I recently placed an order for a birthday cake. I placed my order online and paid for it in advance . When I got there, they didn’t have it ready. I am so disappointed, I will never order a cake from this location again. To top it off it was the day before my birthday.

I went there and asked for a scoop of ice cream on a sugar cone. When they came they had it on a regular cone so I told them what I asked for 3 times in the drive through, I got my ice cream cone and when I got to the end to eat my cone it was still paper from another cone so i just threw it away? and I almost $5 for a single scoop
