Be wary of the prices on the menu. The staff is nice and accommodating. But the prices are not always clear as to how much a scoop will cost.

Every ice cream I've been to includes a cup or a regular cone, with waffle cones costing extra/premium. This location charges extra even for simple cones, and extra $2.50 per basic cone and it is nowhere on the menu.

Hair in my Oreo shake, how you manage to do that? And no, not my hair, I realized it after I was 1/5 done with it, overall would've given A 5 stars if the hair wasn't in it.

My experience at this location was so positive that I felt compelled to share it. Angel, the associate who helped me, was so kind and patient; he answered all my questions nicely, accommodated my requests and treated me like a decent human being. For someone working on their feet all day, at a low-wage job, it must be difficult to keep an upbeat attitude, but he was happy and calm.
