I ordered an ice cream birthday cake online on Wednesday for pickup on Sunday. I Received an email confirmation the same day. On Sunday, I called the store before leaving to verify it was ready. However, store had no record of my order, so no birthday cake. To top it off, when I called BR for a refund, they referred me back to the store that didn't know the order. So in order to secure my refund, I had to file a claim with the bank that issued my credit card. They were useless and their cakes are not even too good.
