Great food and great service.
Been meaning to try this place for awhile, and then absolutely had to after the tragic car-through-their-window incident. The food was sooo good! And everyone who works there is invested in the restaurant's continued success. So glad we went!
Anna Maria Pasteria serves the best Italian food in Chicago, reminiscent of traditional Italian cooking. Despite its old decor and quiet atmosphere, the restaurant's dishes are exceptional. The menu offers a range of options, including the delicious navy bean and escarole soup, burrata, and generous pasta portions, such as the special linguini with shrimp and broccoli in a wine sauce. The service can be average, but the food is worth a visit. Be sure to request a desirable seating location and take advantage of the 10% discount for cash payments. Overall, Anna Maria Pasteria is a highly recommended Italian dining experience.
