Terrible customer service, I order a hot caramel latte, medium size and I received an iced latte when I ask them to fix it they do it but they give me and the small size I asking this is the medium size and she said no you order an small latte so I think they don’t know how to take a simple order, but if they don’t know how to do it, I don’t know why they do it there!!!!

I went to this one and pulled up in the drive thru at 9:40pm. Online says closes at 10pm. After I sat for 5 mins they decided to put a boars in the window I guess indicating they were closed. I guess this Baskin Robbins just closes when they want

They sell bakery that is days old and hard while lying that it was just delivered..Ice cream area messy and unclean. No sales person by the counter to service indoor clients unless you call for one. Otherwise employees pass you by as the line of clients is invisible or non existent. Table outside the facility also left messy, rarely clean. I definitely don’t recommend this place.

HEADS UP: Only the drive through is open 24 hours.
The lady at the counter didn't know how to scoop ice-cream. She put it lopsided and it immediately fell off the cone. When we asked her to give us another scoop, she tried to charge us extra and was very rude. I would not recommend going to this location!

I've been here multiple times at night and the sundaes are always made poorly, sometimes with a missing scoop or hardly any ice cream. Wouldn't recommend coming here, at least not late night.
