This restaurant is really outstanding and really great for the image of Evanston's southern end. The food is fantastic and I very much enjoy everything from the Bacon Temptation Omelette to the Spicy Poblano Omelette to the Crispy Chicken Sandwich to the Cowboy Burger. All of the food is fabulous and very well prepared, the variety is wonderful, and the coffee is always fresh. I really enjoy his restaurant all the way around. The food is delicious and I particularly like the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich, Spinach and Mushroom Omelette, Colorado Omelette, Bacon Temptation Omelette, Spicy Poblano Omelette, and Cowboy Hamburger with Barbeque Sauce. We went at 1am, definitely was busy for just one server, but the food came out fast and she never neglected to come check on us for refills even with how many people were in there. Definitely a great late night find.
