“We visited this amazing establishment last night and ordered the filet and the Manhattan strip for our entrées with a side of the mushrooms, and it was possibly one of the best steaks we had had. Our server and Jesse was wonderful, and when he wasn’t available home, there was another manager who came and brought items out, so there was no delay in service while he was attending another customer and socialized at the table. We dined outside on the patio underneath the heat lamp and lights. The Barn was the perfect atmosphere for our relaxing evening together. We were very pleased with all that we ordered as well as the service. We would highly recommend the Barn restaurant to others.“

“This restaurant is really outstanding and really great for the image of Evanston's southern end. The food is fantastic and I very much enjoy everything from the Bacon Temptation Omelette to the Spicy Poblano Omelette to the Crispy Chicken Sandwich to the Cowboy Burger. All of the food is fabulous and very well prepared, the variety is wonderful, and the coffee is always fresh. And above all, Ivan and the waitstaff provide customer service that's 'above and beyond' in every way. They're very kind, compassionate, efficient, and accomodating to everybody who comes into the establishment. Keep up the great work!“

“This is one of my husband’s and my favorite place! We were a big fan of Creperie St. Germaine so we are so happy that they haven’t completely changed the delicious menu and the interior is the same cozy place we love! And the crepes are to die for! This place is freaking AWESOME!!!“

“Y’all: you need to know about this gluten-free crust that is buttery and delicious. And it’s puffy and wonderful!!!! a roasted broccoli is lemony and delicious. My kid had a gluten crust just the regular hand tossed and really enjoyed it and made lots of comments about how delicious their sauce is. I agree!“

The food is ALWAYS amazing and the service is phenomenal.
We've never had anything less than an amazing experience.
Jesus has been our server of choice for many years however everyone is as friendly and efficient! Our daughter was a student at NU so anytime we were in town, we had breakfast at LePeep. Sadly she has graduated and now we go when we make it in town!“

“Amy Morton doesn't know me at all. We live 235 miles away and we are not able to dine at her restaurant anytime soon. Nevertheless, we sent a blind inquiry looking for information on a performer who appeared at Found Kitchen 3 years ago. Our inquiry is never going to make any money for Amy, we know that and she knows that. Altho she could have blown off our request, she had her staff reach out to us the next day with all of the contact info we possibly could need....because she's an awesome business person and a great restaurenteur! Every restaurant comes up short on the quality of an entree from time to time, water glasses might not get refilled as rapidly as a Yelp reviewer might want......it happens. We wanted to share with your FB viewers our experience with Amy's staff and let you all know how much we appreciate her and her dedication to customer service.“

“Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Not so busy at 5pm but as soon as our food was served many people came for their takeouts. This is a store with more than 35 year old history. They established their reputation with very solid presentation of food. Chicken was crispy but not oily. Drums, wings, and thighs are all great. Fries too. They made fries using the same oil to fry the chicken I believe. They also offer multiple choices of fried fish but they came a bit oily.
They also have options for vegetarians! Their Greek salad was so fresh! I asked to remove the cheese and put the sauce on the side and they were able to accommodate it. The cucumbers were sweet and bell peppers were crispy.
Highly recommended.“

“Solid spot to eat. Staff was very friendly, menu choices broad and interesting, food good, and neighborhood was a nice vibe. Only issue was service. The people part was great, but there was some kind of breakdown, as we ordered drinks when we sat down, they didn't come until after dinner was delivered (some 30 minutes later), and even to get a follow-up I had to call staff over. But overall it was a good option, and I'd return again.“

“I don't know why my five-star review keeps getting deleted, but steak 'n shake remains the premiere and absolute best value fast food Burger you can get in America. Big Macs are $6, why pay for that when the burgers here are also $6 and cooked with beef Tallow, and grass-fed beef? It's literally highway robbery! Keep this place alive!
(The french fries and milkshakes kind of suck in my opinion though, so this is only for the burgers)“

“This is our second visit to Burl, and it did not disappoint! The food is ultra fresh and the flavors are vibrant. The ricotta honey spread, the carrots with a dreamy black lime yogurt sauce and the trout were standout dishes.
