Y’all: you need to know about this gluten-free crust that is buttery and delicious. And it’s puffy and wonderful!!!! a roasted broccoli is lemony and delicious. My kid had a gluten crust just the regular hand tossed and really enjoyed it and made lots of comments about how delicious their sauce is. I agree!
I've been a fan of Pizzeria Deville woodfired pizza for years now, but this review is for the crazy-good fried avocado and maa salad I had recently. The smash burgers and french fries were a huge hit at my table too. Love this spot for dining out, comfy vibe and super friendly staff.

Pizzeria Deville Evanston is a restaurant next to the Hyatt in Evanston, IL, adjacent to Chicago. The restaurant offers woodfired pizza with a gluten-free crust that is buttery, delicious, puffy and wonderful. A kid had a gluten crust, the regular hand tossed, and really enjoyed it and made lots of comments about how delicious their sauce is. A roasted broccoli is lemony and delicious. The Deville pizza was perfection and leftovers were just as good. A classic Magherita pizza was delicious, and many of the pizzas featured vodka sauce. The pizza menu has such fun pizzas. The Hand-tossed, not Tavern style, was perfectly foldable and zero flop, with outstanding crust, GRANDE CHEESE, sauce and quality of the sausage. The crazy-good fried avocado and maa salad were had recently. The MAA salad was really liked. Smash burgers and french fries were a huge hit, and the Deluxe Deville Smashburger with a side of broccoli was the best burger ever eaten. There are a lot of burgers on the menu that sounded awesome, and smash burgers and dirty sodas are worth coming back for. The place is clean, with a comfy vibe, friendly staff, phenomenal staff/service and excellent service. It is a great little place to get an affordable meal for the whole family, with a patio.
