The cashier lady was single-handedly managing both the baskin Robin and Dunkin orders along with the payments. She was kind and even asked for reviews about the new flavor they had introduced. Good selection of ice creams.

The worker didn’t get either of my 2 flavors right.I tried to correct him 4 times. He wouldn’t do milkshakes or sundaes. He also put the same scoop into 4 ice cream containers without rinsing it. I don’t know what flavors I have and I have an allergy, let’s hope I don’t end up in the hospital.

This is the last time i go to this rude place september 4th at 11:30pm there was this african american lady that was very rude When i entered the place her friend was over the counter charging her phone very inappropriate for the food and so i went and i waited few minutes until she finished a unprofessional conversation with her friend which was rude and then after she finished her conversation i asked kindly for a capo-chino blast and she said no machine blender not working and clearly before us a customer came out with something similar . This was outrages .

This place is a joke. Me and a friend stopped by to get some ice cream. The lady at the counter acknowledged us a minute after entering. Then she gave a lame excuse that she is waiting for her colleague to arrive while not attending to anyone herself. Lazy and unprofessional. Save your time and consider going elsewhere.

First and last time there. Went in and it was empty. I walk up to the cashier and he’s on his phone even after I had been standing there for like 10 seconds. Then he finally decided to acknowledge me. He proceeds to ask what I want, I tell him and hes laughing and joking with his coworker and asks again what I want. He turned around and was still talking and laughing (I don’t mind it but the fact that he kept making me wait so he could crack some jokes on the side, is annoying) took about a minute to finally charge me. He’s so unprofessional. Very unwelcoming. This could’ve been a fast and easy transaction but that lazy cashier likes to take his sweet time and act like WE need him. Not sure how he’s still working there. This was on 12/9 at around 2:15pm.
