Drive thru morning shift girl only worries about how to park your car in the drive thru instead of doing her job. She yaps saying to pull back then back up over and over. Then coffee is always watery or not what you ask for. HORRIBLE location, do not recommend

The three African American young ladies were concentrating on the Drive thru and not the walk-in. I waited for 5-7 before my order was taken and then they didn't have any change for a $50 bill. Next time, I'll go to McDonald's for my coffee.

I ordered 2 sugar cubes and two regular cones each with one scoop and 3 long john donuts and was charged $20.20. after receiving my receipt, I noticed I was charged for an extra cone which was $2.99, all he can say was that he charged me for an extra one sorry. No you overcharged me and then only gave me $2.99 back. Never again

The worse Baskin Robbins I've ever been to and usually out of ice cream. On my last visit I ordered a scoop of ice cream in a cup and one on a cone. When I paid I asked for my receipt and noticed a extra charge for the cone and also the cup. When I asked what the fee was for I was told it's an extra fee they charge. If you get a cup or a cone. How is that not included in the price? How else am I supposed to get the ice cream? In my hand? Bring my own dish? Be careful going here because they don't give you a receipt so unless you ask for one and look at your charges you'll never know about the extra charges.

The girl with short red burgundy twist hair has a lousy attitude. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I wanted 2 scoops, Rocky Road at the bottom and Pralines-n-Cream on top. She was quick to say they don't have Rocky Road until I pointed to her that they have a full tub. SMH. The whole entire short minutes of our order, she had a funky nasty attitude.

I ordered an energy cold brew from my phone, I received it and I swear it tasted like they had put blueberry flavor in my iced coffee so I kindly asked them to remake it and needless to say that one was equally disgusting I'm quite disappointed because I haven't had an ice coffee in about 8mths and was really looking forward to it!
