I have been here multiple times, and most recently I visited this place with a friend. We both got double scoops - one of cotton candy and icing on cake, and the other with winter white chocolate (it was also the flavor of the month) and chocolate fudge. All the flavors were very tasty! The pairing of the flavors was also very complementary! I am sure the next time I am in Chicago, I will get ice cream from here.

Why would you confirm an online milkshake order for 2 flavors of ice cream that you don't even have and then waste a driver's time making them go there, then call me and tell me. It's almost like the people working here are too incompetent to make a single logical decision to help anyone else. Hyde Park is worthless for food services.

The type of people who don't understand anything you say until you pull your money out of your pocket and then all of a sudden the little light bulb finally kicks on in their head! And who was the guy with the big belly standing in the threshold of the door behind the register? Was he the plumber? Or was he like a janitor or security or something? I have never been to this location before and I wanted to give it a shot. No one was in line and the employee saw me walking up to the counter. The employee did not greet me so I said “hello” then the employee took a sample spoon and took a bit of the ice cream after just digging in her noise and hair. I immediately walked out.
