Ordered 36 wings and 6 were missing? Plus - the wings that I did get were laughably small. Some of them were even half wings. ...a chicken wing is supposed to have two bones. Am I crazy? Also - not very much meat and the staff was totally careless when I called in to point this out. Of course, I read the yelp reviews and a lot of people have had the same experience. From what I can tell, the owner offer apologizes and says they "do their best." Their "best" sucks. They are either gaslighting or out of touch with their business. I'd ask for a refund but it's not even worth the energy. Lazy business and lazy management. Just because you respond to bad yelp reviews doesn't make you a responsible owner. Make the drive down broadway to Crisp. I'd say it's about 500% better. Honestly ruined my day as I can only afford to eat out once or twice a month. Order anything else.

I come here often. and I always order Dokbokki. In all of Chicago, the best tasting Dokbokki was here, but they probably changed the recipe. This is very upsetting. I wish they would bring back the Dokbokki recipe. It became more liquid and the rice cakes became very soft. There's not enough cheese either.

Secret sauce Chicken is so delicious and very good
I’ve tried this place twice now. Disappointed both times. Wanted to give it a chance, but not worth it. Extremely bland food, no flavor at all. Fries were almost stale they were so flavorless. Horrible service, not personable at all. Dirty floors and sticky tables. Had to wipe my own table off just to eat. Chicken is mostly breading and garnishes used for aesthetic. There is absolutely no flavor in any of their food. Better off going to KFC. The owner replies to reviews and always apologizes but nothing changes.

It was my first time trying out this place. I was so excited but I honestly won’t be back. The food was good, but a bit pricey. The real issue was the front desk worker. He was insanely mean and annoyed at me. I was the only one in the store when i ordered so it wasn’t like he was too busy to care. Sighing loudly, staring at me with a deadpan expression for 5-10 seconds with silence after I asked 2 questions about the menu. It was so uncomfortable. Did not deserve that experience.

I recently tried BB.Q Chicken and sampled their spicy sandwich as well as the Gangnam style boneless chicken. Both dishes were decent and tasty, although I noticed they were a bit on the greasy side. Despite this, considering the reasonable pricing and overall flavor, it's not a bad place to give a try.

The food was excellent, but compared to the location in Lincoln Park, this one is terrible. The customer service wasn't the best. We wanted some napkins and utensils, but the guy who was there didn't go out at all. He put his headphones on and was on his phone. The cheese also wasn't melted, it was cold and not the best compared to other locations

This is more like a takeout place rather than a dine in. The food is outstanding. I dont know how they do it, but the chicken is always perfectly light and crispy and never oily. A tad pricey but totally worth it.

Not tasty at all. I ordered chicken wings that turned out over breaded and flavorless. The sauce was sweet but didn't have any flavors to balance out the sweetness. The pickled radish tasted like it was just soaked in salt water.The dumplings had great filling but were fried with a thick, tasteless crust.
