I had a fantastic experience at Bias Café in Marianao! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Everything I tried was cooked to perfection, and the portions were generous. But the highlight for me was the mamey milkshake—it was rich, creamy, and full of authentic flavor. Definitely one of the best I’ve had! The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive. Today I stopped by Bia Cafe Marianaos for a steak, cheese, ham and egg sandwich. I was so disappointed! I thought it was like the old shop on Armitage & Cicero restaurant. I was charged $3 extra for eggs and $2 extra for ham. There was no signage stating that it was extra charges for that. $10 extra dollars for it. No flavor in the steak, bread was burned, i asked for green hot sauce and Mayo on my sandwiches. That was not even on it. It was dry! I will never go back again.
