The food is amazing on it's own, and is great for people with restrictions that would want a more customizable experience. However the reason I'm writing this review is for the workers. I have ordered from here many times, to the point that they recognize me, and I have never had such consistently great service from every single worker at a restaurant like this.Being disabled means that sometimes I can only make myself eat one meal a day, and despite the fact that I've never shared that with any of the workers here, they ALWAYS make sure that the bowls I order are just about as full as possible. You will NOT feel skimped on your portion sizes here, and I cannot say how grateful I am to the workers who definitely don't know how much they've helped me.Vegetarian options: They have meatless mondays, which is basically just a free 20% off for vegetarians on mondays, and their vegetarian options are clearly labeled and plentiful.Dietary restrictions: They have options for just about every restriction, as their dishes are all gluten free (or at least most are) and their selection is highly customizable.Wheelchair accessibility: Sadly their location is not accessible, and I as an ambulatory user have to walk in to get my food.

Healthy food with very good value. Got a regular bowl with steak for $12.99. The staff was very friendly. Great for a quick dinner!

My first experience with bibibop was yesterday at the Oakbrook location. The food was amazingly delicious, so much so that I tried to find a location closer to where I live. I found a location in downtown Chicago on Jackson Street. I was so excited, I went in and bought the same dish that I had bought at the Oakbrook location, expecting it to taste the same. I WAS DEAD WRONG.....the food was HORRIBLE. Flavorless and dry. I was so disappointed ?. I will NEVER go back to that location.

Really good sauce and right by the DePaul business school. Loved how it was like a fancy better version of Chipotle. So happy with my choices of veggies and meat. It was like just the right amount of food.

The food was fresh, tasty, healthy, very reasonably priced and fast. We were able to completely customize our bowls! I wish we could have this in my hometown.

Amazing service from the staff working. I wish i got their names but they were the ones opening on February 3rd. Very helpful and kind. Food was exceptional and a great environment. Miso soup as a complimentary item is an excellent touch.

Really delicious takeout. Someone at my office ordered for a meeting so I got to sample a little of everything including three delicious sauces. Ginger was the best! I will definitely go back!

Appreciate that Bibibop is open until 9pm - feels like so many restaurants close by 3pm in the Loop, so Bibibop is a great option for later meals! Portion sizes are huge!! We ordered the sweet & spicy chicken bowl and build your own bowl. There are so many choices/toppings, the combinations are truly endless. I was stuffed from my meal, but there is also serve yourself miso soup on the counter, which I think is a nice touch!

Little, no frills "bibimbap" stand. It's not REAL bibimbap, but it's pretty good! Sort of like a Roti or a Chipotle, but with a thought to being more Korean(ish). I thought it was pretty good. Decent food for the money, and free miso soup! Nice guys running the place. Give 'er a go, if you need a quick bite!

Took advantage of their BOGO bowls promotion and got lunch and dinner. The "chef-curated" teriyaki tofu bowl was listed under "customer favorites" on the online menu, and it was easy to tell why. The bowl tasted fresh and hearty, though it didn't dispel my misgivings about unsweet black beans in a loosely bibimbop-type prep. The "free" bowl was a build-your-own in small, yet it was volumetrically and by weight the larger bowl, and built from cold ingredients (tofu, carrots, kale, corn, pickled red cabbage, broccoli, and egg over salad greens) that could wait to be eaten, it made a substantial dinner, though unlike the chef-curated bowl, actually needed its sauce for flavor, so I'll keep my day job. The online ordering process was just about frictionless: my order was waiting for me in a spotless store where the other customer was awaiting the rest of a catering order that looked vividly healthy and tasty in its trays. As for the bowls I ordered, they were just the thing for an unseasonably warm late-December afternoon and evening, but I'm looking forward to trying them again, no matter the season.
