I ordered a Combination Bowl with Orange Chicken and Kung Pao, and paid extra to have noodles as the base. Overall, I'd give the experience three stars.
The food was edible but greasy, nothing particularly memorable. The Orange Chicken was on the sweeter side, while the Kung Pao had a bit of heat but lacked depth in flavor.
Service was just okay—not rude, but definitely not friendly or helpful. A bit more warmth from the staff would have gone a long way in improving the overall experience.
If you're in a rush and craving something hot, this will do, but don't expect much beyond the basics.

If I could go back in time to not eat here I would. Easily the worst Chinese and Thai food I’ve ever had and horrible service. I think I’d rather just be hungry because I’m getting other food to get rid of this taste. Also it’s $60 for 2 meals how does that even make sense!

This wasn’t edible. I about vomited when I tried the Mongolian beef. I don’t know how the city health department lets them stay open.

Lame. Don’t waste money. $20 for a 1/4 cup sized ration of beef, broccoli, etc.
Maybe a cup of rice.
Don’t do it!!!

Paid $20+ at Chicago-Midway. This is the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had in my life. The beef and broccoli tastes like an ashtray. Orange chicken is foul, rice is terrible. Avoid at all costs.

The veggies were overcooked but the dish was tasty and filling. $20 was a bit steep but worth it because I couldn’t find any other plant-based options.
Avoid …. I Got Mongolian beef there was Not much flavor and not much beef either. You order from the screen and pick it up when they call your name & That’s why it’s got two stars because it didn’t take that long to get it. I think it might taste like kibbles n bits, if I had tasted that before. Overpriced & for sure stop at the pet store & save a trip. Now I have to find something to wash the flavor out of my mouth here at Midway airport

Got Mongolian beef bowl. Four pieces of hard grizzle and very salty. My wife had same thing and it's was very salty, but only 1 piece of grizzle. $20 for a glorified TV dinner. Will not return. Service? None. They basically throw the food at you.

$19 for my meal wasn’t what I wanted. But not shocking. The portion size was not enough. But the taste of the orange chicken was unlike any other chicken I’ve ever had. Tasteless with a hint of an aftertaste. I don’t know how you pull that off. The rice was cooked poorly. I finished my meal and wanted more. But from any restaurant not named Big Bowl.

I'm one for 2nd chances, and so after a first experience a month ago, tried again and still performing below standard expectations even for an airport. Order kiosk- down, customer svc -rude, food quality- could not finish t meal.

I ordered the combination of Mongolian beef and orange chicken with fried rice
The fried rice was hard in the middle, so it had not fully been cooked, the Mongolian beef was chunks of beef and half cooked onions and a beef broth of some sort, and the orange chicken was… Well, I don't know what it was, you should go try it yourself to see how horrible it is.
