If one bartender says it’s ok to go outside and use the patio, then the other bartender berates someone for going outside and using the patio, they’re clearly not on the same page, which is unfortunate. I used to like this place, but berating somebody for simply going on the patio is unacceptable.

Two of my best friends just got an apartment a couple blocks away from Big chicks and we can't stop eating there and hanging out there it's so nice to have a local place in the neighborhood that is friendly and opening and inclusive and just what a what a treat and their carrot cake is to die for looking forward to my next meal looking forward to becoming a regular

Found this place by accident (tourist who got lost). Best happy little accident ever! Walked in and was greeted by several staff members. I was promptly sat and taken care of. The iced coffee here is to die for and the ambiance is amazing. Several seating options, including outdoor. The food is so good and carefully put together. I got a chicken club and could tell it was freshly cooked and not frozen. The bacon was perfect. It wasn't burnt or soggy. The sweet potato fries were crispy on the outside and smooth on the insides. I dipped them in their house ranch, and it was so good. My server was super polite as well as the host. If you're in the area, it's totally worth a stop inside.

This is the worst bar in Chicago, no exaggeration. If you are a queer women I can guarantee you: you're safer at a dive bar in Wrigleyville! Do yourself a favor, avoid the overpriced food and cocktails and go literally anywhere else.
