Food was stale and the coffee had a burnt taste.

I purchased a soft drink, made my purchase, and selected the option to receive a paper receipt. I asked the cashier for my receipt, her reply was “you can get grab it yourself”. Dang!!!
I truly dislike the fact that, in order to leave an unfavorable review, I have to relinquish at least one star. Definitely one more star than they deserved.

Urinals don’t have dividers between them. Will never rate anything as good when that simple ask of missed.
Cashier wouldn’t make coffee for customers and said pick up and go items only. On her phone with boyfriend and wouldn’t help customers!

The cafe offers excellent self-serve filter coffee. Because they offer both decaf and regular, I could enjoy an afternoon half-caff!

My drink, a doppio macchiato, isn’t one that many people order. Even at Starbucks, the baristas fairly often don’t know what it is. Today, when I tried to politely add some guidance on how to make it (two shots of espresso and two scoops of foam/froth on top) I got huge attitude from the woman I was ordering from, being told in no uncertain terms that I was only to order the drink, not tell them how it’s made. Of course, I got something that can best be described as a very large cup of hot milk. Absolutely disgusting. And I paid $8 for the privilege. I will never go back, not to any Big Shoulders. It could be renamed Big Mistake, and the person who was extremely customer unfriendly to me could be Big Bad Attitude.

Pretty good for airport coffee! I got a cardamom latte (not a common option, so pretty cool that they offered it) and it was genuinely nice! Overpriced, but that’s expected at the airport. A touch too sweet for my liking, but otherwise it had nice flavor and the coffee itself was pretty good. The employees were also joking, smiling, and had good vibes, which always feels nice!

No black tea. I said ok please give me the hot water and the soy milk. The older woman informed the cashier that it’s the price of a coffee. 5.00 plus .85 cents for the soy. She continued to berate me and tell me how I was wrong yo complain. Ok. Charge me for a cup but $5.00?????? Then no stir sticks or sleeve for the hot cup. Same lady told me to use plastic. What a wonderful service experience. NOT
Coffee is horrible here, even worse than service

Catching 8:30am flight on 5/28, decided to grab coffee at 7:30am Extremely rude cashier taking orders, didn’t catch her name. She immediately tells guests that she refuses to make anything other than drip coffee, which tastes awful btw. I get being unable to make speciality orders, but you can nicely tell customers that only drip coffee is being served. Should’ve gone to DD or McD and get better service with a smile at least. Coffee and food not worth the attitude.
Alternate mills available. I had their soymilk latte, and it was ok. My husband had their drip coffee, and said it was ok.
