We purchased $5 milk for our toddler from this store located at terminal A next gate A16. We ask if we can get some ice cubes with it just so the milk can stay cool while we wait for two hours for our next flight. The lady just denied that she can't doesn't have ice like that to give away !! Very unfriendly behavior despite making purchases from there

Paid over 6 dollars for a latte here and it was less than 3/4ths of the way full. And a hefty part of that 3/4ths was all foam.

For almost $7 for a mocha and it was horrible. About 6 employees just standing around and maybe 1 was working while line grew in size. Never again. No wonder there wasn't much of a line when I arrived. Everyone must have know about how bad it was and were in the other coffee shop lines

Coffee was okay for a non-brand coffee shop (the chai was particularly bad), and the service was garbage. Clearly, they didn’t want to be working because the three workers could barely end their “break” from their phones to take our order, and they couldn’t be bothered to let us know our order was ready. One of them had literally said, “break’s over, guys,” as we stood in front of the registers, like we couldn’t hear him say it rudely.

The worst service. No greeting or thank you.All but one employee was on their phone and they definitely didn't care about their job. I would avoid going here and make the extra walk to another vendor. Lack of sales will guarantee change and get the girls some home training.

Great iced chai, probably needed to be a tiny bit sweeter but it was doable.

Coffee is as terrible as the service. The employees were more interested in their phones then anything else. All they wanted to do was tell people they couldn't make anything but want you to pay 5 dollars to serve the coffee yourself. Close this place and make room for good coffee company's.

The drip coffee at this location is disappointingly weak and watered down. I've had drip coffee made with Big Shoulders Coffee beans at other shops, that was properly made, so it's not a problem with the beans.

Landing at Midway at 7 a.m. for a quick layover before flying to Phoenix, my wife and I grabbed coffee from Big Shoulders Coffee. There was no line and it was quick. I enjoyed the vanilla latte. However, my wife wasn't a fan of their regular latte. It gets the job done, but expect the best coffee you've ever had.

First time having this Coffee spot and I was not impressed. When we went here it was not busy and there were 3 female workers and they did not seem to want to take our order. They didn't really engage us as we were looking for their best drink. I ended up getting a cappuccino and they must have had a shift break as a guy made it and it wasn't bad so props to the young fella. I will have to try this Coffee again at another location to see if they can do better.

Coffee was ok. Asked for a vanilla cold brew but there was so much vanilla it was too sweet. Would probably ask for half next time. Also got a bacon egg and cheese bagel. It was pretty good. Typical airport food and ambiance. Service was fast and the line was short compared to other. Can't complain too much about it. It did the job for a quick grab for a flight out of midway.

Probably the rudest staff outside of NY. Saw the same worker berate a handful of people in a short time. Airport restaurants are not an easy place to work but the attitude was over the top. Amazing how one individual can treat those that pay her salary.Coffee is incredibly weak to boot!

Customer Service is not a priority. I can’t believe that it is acceptable that the employees stand around and drink their coffee and are on their phones.
