I ordered the nachos drove over an hour away for them begged my husband to take me. You know men on a Sunday after football but I kept insisting how great these nachos were. I ordered through the app I normally go inside. This was only my third time ordering here because I live so far away. I got all the way home and the nachos were super dry. No cheese . The movie theatres give you more queso than that. You would have thought I ordered light queso or no queso cheese at all. I almost thought they had no queso at all that’s how little queso there was . I normally like to do food reviews on tik tok and brag about chicago eats but this was not appetizing or appealing at all. I would have never ever driven that far for chips with a few jalapeños some beans and pico de. Very little meat but not as little as the and queso ,idk if you have to pay extra and order a side of queso but this was wrong. Very disappointing not sure I will be back. I want to cause I really like Big Wig. Depends on how they handle this issue. I did contact management. So please check your food before leaving is all I can suggest so this doesn’t happen to anyone else take time to look at your food . I had the nachos before and never had this occur . Previously , They were great! I drove an hour for them for a reason.

Heard about this place through someone else and LITERALLY walked over a mile in the freezing rain just to get it and it was 1000% worth it. Food was so fresh and so good!! We had 3 of us and a feast at the table. I got 3 Chorizo tacos, then we had a steak bowl, and steak tacos all to die for. Also got 1 of each of their dipping sauces. All so good. Then topped it off with 3 Brookie cookies. Mm mm mmmm. Literally ended the night eating here and will absolutely come back next time we’re in town. 10/10 recommend!!

In Chicago for work and I popped in here for lunch after looking at the menu through the window! I'm so glad I did. Time was short but I didn't want greasy fast food and this place really delivered. I had two citrus agave skirt steak tacos and they were fantastic. The meat was juicy and tender. The flavours were authentic. The prices are great. Everything had a homemade taste, and service was lightning fast and friendly.
I always come here for chicken tacos. So good!
