The ingredients and flavors are solid, but it’s overpriced and might not be worth it. This is my second visit, and I asked for rice as an extra cost but didn’t receive it. Honestly, I barely even get the protein. They had to wrap the burrito multiple times due to lack of filling. While it tastes good, I’m not sure if it’s worth the $17. I tipped before they prepared it in hopes of ensuring accuracy, but that didn't help. What am I tipping for if I pay extra for an ingredient and still don’t get it?

Lunch spot for tacos! Tried the fried chicken taco with pickled jalapenos—super crispy and spicy, loved it. Service was casual and fast. Street parking was limited but I got lucky. The outdoor patio is great for sunny days.

Stopped in on my way home from the bar. Stelar cashier service she was so sweet and accommodating. The chicken tacos were solid and they hooked me sup with some free chips to go. A good stumble in taco spot.

Listen, I live right next to Big Wig and I’m there all the time. The food is great. However my boyfriend and I had a scary experience at big wig around ~2 am. One of the cashiers / workers checked us out on the register and thought we were drunk so he clicked through all the tipping screens himself when we were supposed to and left himself a 25% tip. He did the same thing to both of us. We were both tired and in shock so we didn’t say anything. I am really upset and sad by this experience. I don’t want to go inside anymore.

WOW! What happened to this place? The steak tacos used to be good. Disappointed on my visit here. My tacos were under cooked, salty, and greasy. Will no longer eat here
I will give no stars if I could …I visited this location at 10:36 PM today they gave me unseasoned uncooked meat that I was not satisfied with when I complained to the cashier about my order. No one tried to remake the order and I was denied a refund. I left the food at the restaurant and I was told that I had to get a refund from downtown Chicago’s location, which is not true very horrible customer service and very disrespectful workers. I would never ever visit this restaurant again. And I still would like a refund

Oscar was working the register and I have never seen this level of customer service at 3am. He is the man! He has a great smile and recommended guac on the burrito. It did not disappoint. His smile made my rough day better! My new favorite 3am taco place.
