Billy Goat Tavern at Midway Airport offers good value for airport dining with classic Chicago-style eats at reasonable prices. Customers enjoy their signature Italian beef sandwich loaded with peppers and the Cursed Burger, which is cooked fresh to order with bacon and jalapeños. The Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich on a Croissant is highly recommended, praised for its freshness and generous bacon. Many find the food to be satisfying and tasty, especially considering the affordable prices, making it a popular stop for travelers. The atmosphere is no-frills, and while the food can be a bit sloppy, the quick service and hearty portions make it a good option before flights. Although some reviews mention soggy fries and a need for more effort, overall, Billy Goat Tavern remains a favorite among airport options, with many customers appreciating its quality and affordability.
