I have 15 years of hospitality and restaurant experience around the country including 4 diamond hotel restaurant hospitality management. The lone man working the front around 11am was doing an amazing job today and dealing with a big rush. There were some issues with my order, due to ingredients not being available, he honestly communicated with me, found a solution and made sure I was happy. Stepped off a flight at a nearby gate and smelled this pizza, had to grab a slice. 2 guys hustling behind the counter and making sure each order was cooked to perfection. Everything looked amazing. I got a slice of sausage pizza, it was delish. Give yourself 10 minutes to receive because they are making most orders fresh. I ate my slice in the jetbridge for my immediate next flight. Thanks guys!!
