Billy Goat Tavern (Ohare Airport- Concourse C)

I wanted to buy a burger, but I'd rather throw my money away than give it to this nasty employee. The lady working there barely speaks English and treated me like a low life. Extreme disrespectful

This isn’t my usual go-to spot for a meal at the airport, but being Christmas, most places were closed, and this was one of the few options available. To my surprise, I had the best cheeseburger I’ve ever had! The flavors were absolutely incredible and completely unexpected. Despite working on a holiday, the staff was fast, cheerful, and provided excellent customer service. I’m genuinely impressed and would definitely come back—even when it’s not a holiday. Highly recommend! And below a pic of our silly daughter before eating.

Great cheeseburger. Lazy and rude service. The woman who took my order had her back to the register. The other woman who out the toppings on my burger was rude and dropped my burger in the bag right in front of me instead of handing it to me or sliding it across the counter to me.

Higher wages, less stress and we as the consumer still get worse service, indifferent staff who couldn't give a damn and horrendous attitudes. If you don't want to be respectful at the workplace and do your job with care and a smile, go home. Replace all these jokers with kiosks. We don't want em'.

Please just go to Mcdonald’s honestly. I ended up paying 16$ in total bc you pay for stuff like cheese separately. The fries had no salt and were oily. The burger was bland. Very overpriced, service was not great either

I arrived here at 7am I should’ve known from the lack of the line it was not gonna be good. I got a Denver omelet and it looked like scrambled eggs. Okay.. hash browns tasted like dirt…. Okay. But the last straw was the cold toast. I kindly went back and asked for fresh toast, the man told me it was. I told him it was cold and I would like it warm I never had cold toast before. I don’t know if that’s a Chicago thing or what. He stuck my same toast in the microwave. I watched him the entire time. I don’t like causing issues I worked in the food industry many years but this was straight up disrespectful and nasty. I had my daughter to I refused to cause any seen. But beware coming here.

I visited the Billy Goat Tavern at O'Hare Airport, excited to experience a branch of the iconic Chicago burger joint. Unfortunately, the reality fell short of my expectations. During my visit, the atmosphere was marred by staff disagreements, which did not set a welcoming tone. Furthermore, the burger I ordered was overcooked, detracting from what should have been a satisfying meal.

The food court area where I sat was also neglected, with trash scattered around, which was off-putting and not what you'd expect at an airport venue. While I had high hopes based on the fame of their original location, my experience was underwhelming. I would give it 2 stars at most, primarily for the quick service despite the issues noted. It's disappointing when such a renowned spot doesn't manage to deliver either on service or food quality.

This is a must if you are in Terminal C . Very friendly staff the product that they are using is fresh and made to order. The price point ? is excellent!

Can't believe I haven't reviewed yet! Billy Goat Tavern is my go-to place at Ohare, my recent layover visit did not disappoint. I have tried several of the menu items and have found quality throughout. My favorite is the Italian Beef, but sometimes a cheeseburger and fries hit the mark. The lines can be long at times, they work hard at keeping wait times to a minimum, customer service is 100%! I have found the prices to be reasonable, lower than you would expect at a large/busy airport.
