I stopped by here for lunch with niece. The sandwich doesn't come with fries. No drink was offered. It's almost a serve yourself.

Had to try the food since everyone says it’s so good and it is. For a $6 burger it was delicious. They have more than just burgers on the menu too and everything is very reasonably priced. They make it right in front of you and it’s done quickly. The service and this specific location was not great. The lady was just on her phone playing a video while we were trying to order and the guys making our food weren’t paying attention to the food, they were mostly watching whatever game was playing on the tv at the time. But for $6, it was good I definitely recommend coming here.

The food was great, it's much deeper into Navy pier than google maps shows. The pricing was very reasonable, especially for Chicago $30 for 2 burgers, fries and a drink.

Felt a little tourist trappy - food was just ok. Got lured in by their history, which they advertise on the outside wall. Most memorable part about the burger was the potato bun, which was a little different from what I'm used to. Besides that, not much to say about the basic offerings (cheeseburger and fries) here other that they were extremely unremarkable - more on the side of below average than anything. If you're going to give it a try, I would probably go for one of the more interesting menu items like the Obama burger - their base "cheezborger" is pretty underwhelming, but it'd probably be better with more toppings.

Liked roaming around in the vicinity

Featured on several travel shows, I came in here expecting a Chicago-esque dive bar, which is a step or two above dive bar. Cheap food and cheap drinks in a humble and casual atmosphere. If you want better food and ambience, you have plenty of other choices, but you're Service was friendly enough from the food staff and bartender. $6 for the house brewed beers, the dark Billy Goat draft was tasty and cheap. My $7 double cheeseburger was very basic, but yet so delicious! The warm soft pillowy buns perfectly wrapped around the double thin crisp yet juicy beef patties. The beef patties are thin, giving that extra crispy caramelization but keep the beef meaty and beefy. So simple, yet so satisfying. Yum!

Stoped here to eat. I got the Italian beef. I’d never had it and to be honest it really has not much flavor. It was tender and not bad but lacking flavor. My wife’s burger was very good according to her. During nice weather they have a patio you can sit out on with a nice view.

I only had the daiquiris, but they were among the best over ever had, had a good punch, and were pleasantly themed. The price was competitive for the area. The service was quick, professional, and friendly.

Ordered 2 Rib eye steak sandwiches with lettuce and tomato and 1 grilled chicken with mushrooms and mayonnaise and a plain hot dog . They were all totally unseasoned (no salt at all) chewy and basically not edible. The plain hot dog was the only thing my 5 year old ate. I could not swallow the grilled chicken sandwich from how dry it was. The serving guy was nice and sweet to my kids but I wish I would have spent my $54 somewhere else.

Only got drinks here but they were all delicious. Cocktails that are frozen and fairly priced cannot go wrong! Every bartender was so sweet and love how they had a small pop up shop type bar outside the restaurant convenient on the navy pier. Highly recommended if you are in need a delicious, refreshing cocktail!

Food was good with decent drinks and service. The location is really nice and you can get some pretty views of lake Michigan from sitting inside- and outside. The pier is full of lots to do, so if you need a place to eat that is decently priced, check them out! The wait wasn't too long either.
