This place has reopened and the new owner, who is sister of the original owner (a woman from Philippines and her Belgian husband), is now running the restaurant using the same recipes. They have added some Philippino delights to the eclectic menu of empanadas, italian coffee, and homemade delicious ice creams. I tried a noodle dish with chicken which was delicious!
My review from years ago: Had some delicious empanadas and sweet crepe. Very impressed with this charming little place, the food and her owner, a pleasant and unique lady. I will be coming back for more.

I ordered the Baked Lumpia, Coconut Chicken Curry, and Pancit with Chicken. The Coconut Chicken Curry deserves an award for how magnificent the taste of the vegetables mixed in with the Chicken and Coconut Curry. It’s a must try. The Pancit with Chicken was also an excellent made dish.

It is always the small places like this that goes unnoticed and under the radar but is sooooo good. I tried the egg rolls, wonton soup, empanadas, and dulce de Leche frappe. Absolutely amazing ?? I was full and couldn't stop eating. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

So glad they are back and better than ever! It was so great to see the ice cream flavors are the same as the original bistro 6050 operation! I don't know how they add ingredients to their ice creams but they are all excellent and pretty unique.For food, we only tried empanadas which were excellent.. but the expanded menu has lots of really great sounding Thai & Filipino dishes that we'll try more of soon.
