Pizza is cold, hard, and they cheap out on the ingredients like the red sauce and meat toppings so not worth it anymore. Other location in Berwyn, IL was my go to spot but sadly they closed down maybe they weren’t selling as much. Oh well hope this location improves or just hope it goes out of business as well for making me waste my money on garbage pizza that used to be my daily go to. Not anymore. Pompei’s gluten free pizza on Taylor st is way better.

I really think that you guys would have a line out the door… Or a full store if you made a better effort to hire good employees. I have been going to this location For about three years now On and off. It seems like each time somehow the customer service gets worse, which you wouldn’t think possible because it’s usually just horrible. I really recommend that you invest in better employees because the food is incredible, but your employees make me not want to come back, Are incredibly rude, And impatient, and give off a thick energy like they don’t want to be helping you. Not sure why this seems to be a theme But it definitely stops me from going back more. Hire, invest more, and train properly and I think you would have a gold mine & but when you do the opposite, you scare customers away ( like me).

Delicious pizza! I haven’t had Blaze in several years but this location definitely does not disappoint. My pizza was cooked to perfection and I got all sorts of different toppings. Staff were also very nice and attentive. The space was clean and it wasn’t super busy either. Located in convenient area.

I've given this place so many opportunities and chances, and I'm disappointed EVERY time. The pizza is paper thin and soaking wet in oil. The pizza folds gave me an upset stomach. And the sandwiches are horrible! How do you mess up a sandwich?

We used to love blaze but this time was not as expected, we had it after 2 years and I must say it’s not the same as before, the servers aren’t generous(atleast the right proportion) enough to top it well with anything plus not very interested in serving. They should start including corns as topping too just like Mod’s pizza.
Sandwich I had there was awful. Sauce for the sandwich was forgotten and was bland as hell, very low on ingredients, and they would not give me the chips my combo came with.
Food was also overpriced and of poor quality. Basil was wilted and past good, and mozzarella was handled by gloves covered in pizza grease so the sandwich just tastes like pizza grease.

She didn’t want to service me when I arrived and she got so annoyed at the Spanish names for my orders that she turned around entirely and I had to receive service from another employee. And based on another review I recently read, this isn’t the first time racist behavior has occurred at this establishment. The only reason I even gave them two stars is because the food was actually decent.
