Lynnette is amazing - super helpful and friendly. She really made my first visit. Food was good - the ricotta and sea salt felt like premium toppings. Crust was a tad soggy in the middle, burnt on the ends but overall 👍🏼

Maybe the best chain pizza in the city. Good value as you can add as many or as few toppings as you like, and the toppings are fresh (at least for a vegetarian like me), the pizza is cooked in front of you in a nice enclosed oven. Rodney really helped me out with my order. Looks like they changed the dough recipe and it's much better than when they started out. Will have to try the rising crust next time. Very happy with the food and the service, especially for a chain pizza place.

I love coming here. I haven’t been here in a while but I used to visit this location once or twice a week. I like the atmosphere every time I come in. The two gentlemen shift managers are always welcoming. The pizza is always made to perfection and the way I like it. I even brought my family and they enjoyed their meals. This is one of the top pizza places in Chicago.

This Blaze has declined badly recently especially with customer service. They use to have very friendly and good service but after today, it appears they do not value it anymore.
I ordered a pick up build your own pizza on the blaze app. The employee was adamant that my order did not go through as there was no pick up under my name. A few minutes later, she then realized the pizza she was creating was for me. I then asked if I could get a side of ranch because I forgot to add it on my order.
She claimed that I would have to pay for it even though it's not even extra. This employee was unprofessional and incompetent. The pizza itself was also partially burnt. I also never received a feedback email that they typically ask so I am not sure if they just don't care about customers anymore.
I don't plan on coming to Blaze if they don't plan on making it right.

Pizza was really good but I have never felt so u welcomed to be anywhere in my life. Servers got visibly frustrated when I walked through the door and acted like they didn’t want to take my order. Probably won’t come back

this pizza place is located on the ground level of the apartment complex where I live so I was really hoping that I would love this place. Having a great pizza restaurant steps away from a pick up order when you’re a busy professional is a dream. I will update this review as time goes on, but for now all I can say is that my experience has only been average. With this mini, exceptional pizzerias in the city of Chicago, this one slightly disappoints. It starts with the website which leaves a lot to be desired. It does not allow for very much customization and states that there are multiple options for your preferred pizza crust. However, when you order, there’s only an option to have your pizza well done. When I’ve picked up my personal pizzas in the past, I’ve always had to reheat them, even though I live in the building away from the restaurant. Additionally, their full Caesar salad is the size of a side salad and at $10 is ridiculously overpriced. fortunately, there are nearby pizzerias when I have a taste for really good pizza. I won’t give up on this one yet, but it is definitely my back up for now.

they forgot my sauces even though i was only person in the entire restaurant. explained my situation to the manager that i had to come back from my apartment to get my sauces and go back to eat cold food and she didn’t seem to care and offered nothing in return.
