We were unfortunately quite disappointed with our experience. Having been to Bloom many times before and been impressed, we were very excited to finally try the tasting menu. When we arrived, we were guided to a regular table. It was there that we were instructed that the tasting menu is no longer a chefs table at the counter, despite this being what was listed on our reservation. We informed the server of my severe nut allergy, which had also been noted on our reservation. The courses took a LONG time to come out. We saw tables around us order and eat full meals in the time it took us to get 2-3 of our courses. Each course was tiny, with tasting menus we are used to the size of each course getting larger and this did not feel like the case. The final savory course arrived and it had cashew cream on it. We instructed again that I have a severe nut allergy and the server seemed frazzled. We then waited even longer to be given the same dish without the nuts. I mentioned politely that this was a huge bummer as we had been diligent in informing of my allergy. To make up for it we were given an extra dessert to share which was probably the best thing we ate all night. I had also annotated that this was a birthday celebration on our reservation and this was never mentioned by the serving staff. We left hungry, something that (in my opinion) shouldn't happen with a 6 course tasting menu and really bummed out by the whole experience. The food itself was fine but in no way the level we had come to expect from Bloom.

We've come here before and I usually enjoy myself with the food and service. However the NYE service was not great. Food was good but the service was rushed. I would hesitate to come to a special night event again.

The waitstaff was super knowledgeable and quick. Both my partner and I are gluten free and we felt safe and the food was delicious. It's the only time I've ever liked mushrooms!

Incredible experience everytime. 2nd birthday and one anniversary celebrated here. The service is phenomenal with how welcoming, attentive and intentional they are.

The food is incredible as always. It is one of the most fine dining meals I've ever had quite honestly with flavor, ingredients, presentation and creativity.

Wonderful experience at Bloom! The staff was so accommodating while making the reservation and during dinner to make sure this was special. The oyster mushrooms was the highlight dish of the evening. Highly recommend for good food and ambiance.

The food was outstanding, the server was incredible. We had a party of 10 and she got everyone's order correct, even though she may have been interrupted while taking orders. She was very accommodating, pleasant and made every effort to ensure everyone's needs were met. We had several vegans and vegetarians in the group and everyone was pleased with the taste and presentation of the food. The food and beverages were a little slow coming out, but everything else was great. We'll go again!

I ordered the thanksgiving special dinner to go and the food was excellent! I will go back and reorder the chickpea piccata again!

My wife had the tasting menu withe wine pairing and she was ecstatic! I had the Spanish Artichokes, very tasty but the best course of the day was my main the Crispy Oyster Mushrooms... one of the best vegan dishes I have ever tasted!
