Very nice service staff and brunch was delicious! Tables downstairs are close together and it hot loud. Notice the service change on your bill.
Waiter was soft spoken, tables crowded / so close together, expensive and my sandwhich came out cold.
The food was delicious with fresh ingredients and inventive, complex flavors. The ambience was elegant and simple.
I enjoy Blue Door for the warm & charming ambience, great service and delicious food. Cheese curds are the best I've ever tasted as is the gigantic piece of chocolate layer cake that'd feed 4 small servings or 2 large ones.
Nice venue and good service, but a few challenges. The beet tartare appetizer had little flavor and was difficult to eat. My wife's salmon was overcooked and dry, even though she asked for it medium rare to avoid that. The worst part of the experience was when the staff rudely turned the lights up bright to let the last three tables know it was “time to go” promptly at 9:30pm. Seems crazy for a “high quality” restaurant. Our bill for four was $183 with no alcohol. A poor value overall.
This is a great place to have a nice quiet date. Tables are close but the intimacy of a private discussion was not inhibited. All of the dishes we had were wonderful. We stared with the sweet potato empanadas with chimichurri, the veggie burger and fig Arugula sandwich. I also asked for a megmosa (mimosa with grapefruit juice) and it was delicious. Thank you and we will return.
It's a great place, neighborhood style. Excellent quality. If you like a cocktail in addition to what is listed on the menu they can prepare all the classics! I got a Martini and they offered three different choices of olives... sometimes you do not find this attention to detail even in the most glamorous places. We followed our server's advice and we were delighted. If you like meat you must try the ribs!
CUTE place!! And the burger is one of THE BEST and at a reasonable price! We highly recommend this great place!!
Really nice experience. The service was great, and the food was good. Loved the atmosphere!
We had a delicious lunch, trying the soup/sandwich and soup/salad combos. Just the right amount of food! The lentil soup and the fig/goat cheese sandwiches were very tasty. First time in, and I would certainly come back to try more of the menu!

I was disappointed with the food. Ordered kale squash salad. So much kale and not enough other stuff. Squash was barely cooked
My first time at this restaurant and I can't wait to return! Food was delicious and service excellent. The rooms are very comfortable and welcoming. A gem of a restaurant!
Excellent service, food and lovely French songs playing softly. One of my favorite places for brunch and now dinner.

The food took a long time to arrive. The Sunrise BLT was fair: over cooked eggs, very small amount of bacon, marinated tomato had almost no taste, and the bread was so so. The sandwich was very dry and it arrived cold. Two things were good, the capuccino and the french fries. The place is nice but loud.
