We had a fantastic time at Blue Sushi in Crocker Park. Of course the food was amazing, but Madison, our server was awesome. If you stop in for some delicious sushi, ask to sit at Madison’s table.
Excellent and extensive vegan sushi options with dedicated notation and menu space.

My aunt and I landed at Blue Sushi Sake Grill for Happy Hour. We started with the calamari and Brussels sprouts for our appetizers. The calamari and vegetables were fried to perfection! Our wonderful server Nick, brought the Brussels sprouts just in time to top it off.
I ordered the Hawaiian Roll and enjoyed the mango sauce that was paired with it. The Raspberry Mojito was the just amount of sweetness that we needed at the end.

Blue Sushi Sake Grill offers great service and an amazing, welcoming experience. The staff is kind and knowledgeable. The sushi is good, with fantastic food like the Cowgirl Roll, Red Crunch Roll, and spicy charred edamame. They have excellent vegan and non-vegan options and an amazing happy hour value. However, the Crab Rangoon is disappointing with almost no crab. The restaurant provides a memorable night with great food and service.
