Afternoon light was nice, but the bar staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. They were friendly enough when they got to me, but the waiting felt quite long for a quiet Tuesday. Might try again, but the service needs to pick up the pace.
Berkshire has a very nice ambience, but the attentiveness of the wait staff was lacking - the bartender seemed much more transactional than hospitable. The cocktails felt lacking as well. I did dealer's choice. I wanted cognac smoky. It was much more bitter than smoky. I don't think I'll be back. I think there are other lounges that would provide a better overall experience.
The drinks were great quality and made with care. The prices are a bit steep. One round with tip came to over $50. But otherwise this place is nice and the bartenders are knowledgable.
