First time trying Bonchon and wish there was one closer where I live! We tried the boneless wings in Korean BBQ and Garlic Soy. The coating was nice and crunchy and chicken very moist, high quality white meat. We ordered the kimchi coleslaw which was fabulous. Our waitstaff mentioned that we could get coleslaw for free with the wings as we were given a choice between coleslaw and pickled radish. We said we still wanted an order of the kimchi coleslaw and we'd select the pickled radish but were given regular coleslaw. Then we also shared the tteokbokki which was very nice with good heat to it, how I like it. Last was the potstickers which we all enjoyed and were nice and crispy. 4 stars because we didn't get the radish, and also they automatically add gratuity which I don't agree with.

Food was delectable. We got 3 chicken katsu, 20 pc soy garlic wings n 1 baskey of season fries and, drinks; 100% would recommend the food. Butttt... lately the service has been going down hill and ive been coming here for a few years now; I get it its tireing dealing with people all day but slamming cups of water and not coming to check on us the whole time we where there is crazy especially when they expect tip; NOT ONLY THAT but we orderd a sprite and never got it and they still charged us. They grabbed my fiance by the arm and stop him from leaving and told us, "we only get paid by tip," and we HAVE to tip. In the past few years we've been coming NEVER have they told us we HAVE to tip. The times we have been here we do tip out of gratuity, but with this service, i feel like they should not expect tip out of a person until the servers fix their attitude and customer service.Also.... its good to dine in here early before it gets full. If not it gets to loud to the point you can't even hear your conversation with the person in front of you.

Didn’t have to wait for a table.-Chicken wings half soy garlic half spicy 5 - spicy had a good amount of heat surprisingly but I really loved the soy garlic. The chicken in general was not overcooked or hard. Skin was crispy and meat was moist.-takoyaki 4 - not bad. Good price. Octopus cooked well.-japchae 4 - surprised this costs more than the chicken katsu. Good quality but the price is a bit too much.-pork buns 4 - good portion but the pricing is as much as the standard entrees.-chicken katsu 5 - generous portion for the price. Perfect for sharing. Chicken was crunchy. Sauce was savory.

I said, I asked for here. It’s not a big deal, I opened up the box and try to enjoyed my lunch. She said, you can’t eat here because you ordered for To-go! I said “excuse me?? Are you for real right now? The place is empty with only few people’s eating at this time! The wings came only 6pcs instead of 8pcs. I asked the guy and he brought me another 2pcs without saying anything.I been to Bonchon anywhere. Bonchon is like McDonald’s and KFC. I think the management could train the staff better! What kind of policy is this??? She is making a big deal from NOTHING!!

The food was top tier but the big guy at the register was annoying as H E L L , barely understood English, was very quick to say what I could and couldn’t get without me even completing my sentence! It gave racist and very unprofessional and veryyyy uneducated. If you worked 1/11/24 around 7:30 pm you know exactly who you are dude !!!

Stopped by to try the fried Korean chicken. The chicken was good, went with half spicy and half mild. It was a very large shareable portion. It comes with coleslaw, had to order rice separately. It was apparent the entree was lacking balance with this huge portion of protein and very little else.Service was below average.

Would give 6 stars if I could for the food. Absolutely amazing texture and flavor on both the takoyaki and boneless chicken we ordered! Delicious lychee drinks! Got a mixture of spicy and soy garlic sauces on my chicken and it knocked it out of the park. Partner got chicken katsu and it has rave reviews also from them. Will definitely return someday for a delicious meal again!!

Everything I ate was delicious!!! I had the Korean BBQ and Spicy Boneless chicken with pickled radish, Spicy Chicken fried rice, and Bulgogi fries. The portions were a good size as well. I will definitely eat here again. If you decide to sit and dine here, get here a little earlier because it does get crowded

It's so good! My husband I came to get a small combo with Korean BBQ and spicy, it was good. Then he got another combo while I got the udon. The udon came out bubbling so be warned it'll be hot so wait to eat, but once it cooled off, it was delicious!
