The food was great as well as the atmosphere/decor of the restaurant. The noodles were flavorful and well prepared. The only issue that dampened our experience was the attitude of the waitress. She seemed almost bothered that we were there. When asked where the restroom was she just waved off into the distance and wouldn’t actually speak to us. She made us feel very uncomfortable. Nice to see a new ramen place that specializes in brothless ramen! Overall the flavors r good - I would recommend the original and getting a side of chili oil (75 cents) if you like it spicy. The noodles were well seasoned and delicious. The pork was prob my fav bc it's grilled and had a nice charred flavor to it which really stands out in a broth less ramen. I'm a regular; I absolutely love coming here. The place so cute on the side; I love the vibes in there. Your food comes out rather quickly. The Tori ramen bowl is delicious. I will say the chicken itself isn't great but I just eat around it. As for portion size, it's alright but I wish it was a bit bigger. Prices are fair; this place is nothing fancy but definitely delicious.
