I've been here three times, and each time the quality has degraded. Every time I got singapore noodles, and on my third trip, there is less than 50% the pork there was on my first trip. The staff is also not as nice/polite as they used to be.It's still a decent restaurant, but I don't think I'll be back unless it's the only place open (since they're open late)If you can, go to Lao Sze Chuan instead. The food quality seems to have gone downhill quite a bit since COVID. The congee seemed to have more ginger than meat, and the meat itself was either overcooked or poor in quality, as the texture was a bit off-putting. The fried fish filets arrived unganished and plain, but was actually the star of the meal, as it was fried perfectly and the sauce was a wonderful thick combination of sweet and tangy.
