Bongo Room is an amazing brunch spot with a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Their pancakes are seriously some of the best I’ve ever had — fluffy, creative, and full of flavor. The staff is always cheerful and quick, even when it’s packed. It’s definitely one of those places you look forward to coming back to on a lazy weekend morning.
Wife and I chose this spot for our brunch before leaving Chicago (few years ago). This has left a lasting impression even after all this time, and would love to revisit this spot on our next trip.
I clearly don't remember everything we had (except that we cleaned up our plates), but their French toast is something that pushes us to head to Chicago again for a weekend trip.

Everything was incredible, especially our server Medi! She gave us great recommendations and made the entire brunch a memorable experience! Highly recommend the caramel apple mimosas and any of the pancakes. Definitely coming back soon!
