Food was great and just like other locations! I did an online order that was going to be completed in a couple hours after ordering. Despite all the long lines and how busy everyone seemed, my order was done a couple minute before it was set to be completed! Really accurate timing. Will definitely be back
The food was excellent, very flavorful, but the place is not up to speed on service, ordered for a pickup, told me it would be ready at 5:15, waited until 6:00, just observing, staff looked confused, was finally able to flag down a manager and finally got the food, which was excellent, the place was jammed and looks like they were not ready to handle it.

Love Cava and so glad they’ve made it to Chicago. The food is every bit as good as I expected and the service was above and beyond. I placed an order on the app and screwed up by placing for pickup 2 1/2 hours later than I wanted it. Even though they were busy and their computer systems restrict their flexibility, they helped me and adjusted my order so I could get it soon after I arrived. Super happy with Cava!
