As a former resident of Chicago, I very much enjoy coming back to my hometown. I’ve stayed at many properties in the city, but I believe the London house is the complete property. It has the perfect blend of location, great rooms, and outstanding staff. Tonight, after a long travel day, which included attending a funeral I was pretty beat when I checked in after 10 PM at night Ashley at the front desk was enthusiastic, efficient, concise, and overall, and outstanding brand representative....read full review

The hotel is amazing and Neil our concierge is the best he is very humble and kind. He sent me chocolate because our anniversary. Best spot at downtown chicago. I really ecommend this hotel
