I buy lunch from them three times a week and today when I asked them to substitute one ingredient for another they wanted to up charge me instead of just making a simple substitution. When I spoke to one of the owners, she would rather loose a customer than make a simple adjustment to an already expensive food item. I will now walk pass this coffee shop and go the Jumping Bean Cafe and I will recommend others to do the same.
