Before you go to this place, ask yourself if you want to go to a real Chicago neighborhood dive bar. There are not 15 different IPAs on draft, the owner and bartenders speak with Eastern European accents, and the regulars may glare at you a touch if they don't know you. This is my favorite bar in my neighborhood and I love that it is within walking distance of me! I'm a fan of anywhere that you can get a shot and a beer for $5 but there's something special about this place. The environment is so relaxed and everyone is there with the intention of having a fun, mellow time (no frat crowd here). An additional bonus: TouchTunes!
