I love Brew Brew! The coffee is always great, and the service is even better. I usually stop by the walk-up window while walking my pup across from the dog park—it’s the perfect setup! They even have pup cups, which my dog loves. Tamar absolutely made my day with her kindness and friendly service. Highly recommend!

Updated, August 2025. I'm giving this ol place 5 stars again, they've continued to upgrade and update the decor, menus and staff. This place is regularly crowded with great coffee and food options. This is by far my favorite coffee shop in the neighborhood. A great community place!

i usually loveeeee brew brew, this is my local coffee shop & i regularly spend money here every week. i already pay $8 for an iced vanilla oat latte, but today i went to order an iced pistachio (which is usually a little cheaper) but realized they now charge 50 cents extra for an iced drink, even though it’s less work? and less product?? again, i love brew brew & i know everything sucks/is expensive but you guys are pricing your customers out and it’s very unfortunate

Great coffee, register girl is mean though, she looked at me like I was dumb when I asked if she had any drink suggestions because they were out of matcha.
Looked through the reviews, seems like she's a reoccurring issue.This is my second time having a less then pleasant experience with her. Won't be coming back.

I love coming in here, however there's one person that is always very rude. I asked if I could add a flavor to an iced matcha latte and the girl looked at me like I was dumb for even asking. She then said they can't add anything (even though I was going to pay the extra charge) and that I couldn't even get it since I wanted it non dairy. I told her it was no problem since I always ask for oat milk as a substitute and she spoke to me in such a condescending way, insisting their entire menu is dairy only and that OAT MILK IS DAIRY . I loved coming here but the service I've received has been hit or miss and it's unfortunate that the staff doesn't even know their ingredients. I wish I wasn't spoken down to or treated like I was dumb for asking a question, again it's always the same girl with darker hair and darker skin. I probably won't be coming back even though I've enjoyed most of their drinks.

The young girl taking our order didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. We waited patiently at the register. After a few minutes of huffing and puffing around, seemingly overwhelmed, she walked up to the register and took our order without saying hi or making eye contact. I asked where to tap my card to pay, and she never answered because she immediately went back to rushing around. horrible service. Maybe get a second register so that the person that is supposed to be kindly greeting people isn’t so overwhelmed and unattentive?

The señora that brought us our food, on the other hand was very sweet and helpful. She is why i did not rate lower.

I was disappointed at this place. I drove 50 minutes to try their Polar Bear Hot Chocolate. It was 1:25 p.m., and they didn't have Polar Bear marshmallows. I had to order a different drink. Isn't that supposed to be their special drink for the season? I wish their Instagram page would keep updates on the menu.

This place has been a go to for a long time but things have been going awry for a bit now. For some reason when we order online, the coffees are inconsistent. Milks are incorrect or the espresso is overly bitter, or the whole milk is sour. They remove the decor inside, so it's just vacant echoey beige walls and ceiling with no personality. What is going on with this place? If the lattes and vibes aren't keeping up, whats the point?

Such a treat! A cute café with so many great options for coffee tea bread sandwiches all packed with flavor! I got the honey lavender latte hot and it really hit the spot! The chorizo sandwich was sooo good I need to know if they make the bread in house or where they get it from! So good!!

Stopped by for the pumpkin cream matcha and it was 10/10!!! I highly recommend. Super cute interior would definitely come back
