Incredible food and fantastic service. Menu is a bit more challenging than the average restaurant with very few pedestrian dishes. This was the best dining experience my husband and I ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, our waiter Evan was outstanding, and the food...the food...where can I even begin? It was as beautiful as it was delicious. It was easily one of the best meals we ever had. This will be a memory we will hold dear to us for years to come. Thank you, Brindille. A dear friend and I had an amazing evening here and splurged on the eight course tasting menu with paired wines. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely (even considering the hangover). A great place for trying something new: scallops to die for, succulent quail, melt on your tongue beef, unusual foams and crunchy bits - and more. Amazing presentation too. Think: cuisine as art, but not stuffy or pretentious. The chef is clearly exploring new ways of experiencing food...
