This was the best dining experience my husband and I ever had. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, our waiter Evan was outstanding, and the food...the food...where can I even begin? It was as beautiful as it was delicious. It was easily one of the best meals we ever had. This will be a memory we will hold dear to us for years to come. Thank you, Brindille. A dear friend and I had an amazing evening here and splurged on the eight course tasting menu with paired wines. Was it expensive? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely (even considering the hangover). A great place for trying something new: scallops to die for, succulent quail, melt on your tongue beef, unusual foams and crunchy bits - and more. Amazing presentation too. Think: cuisine as art, but not stuffy or pretentious. The chef is clearly exploring new ways of experiencing food...
My second time here and the food and service were both absolutely incredible. We shared many of the apps with friends and my husband and I split the quail and the steak, both were delicious and very flavorful. The table also split many of the sides, the pomme frites were stand out and the cheese plate for dessert was extra special. The atmosphere was great and it made for a special night with friends. Will definitely come back.
