Dianni the morning bartender was so cool, she made my stay 100x better. Would come back just to see her. Cold brew is excellent too.

I loved the chill lounge vibe that the place is meant to be, and wish there were more like it. However, it was hectic, crowded, and the loud music made it tough to hear each other's conversation, and the customer service was not excellent. This could have been because it was a weekend night, but I'm not sure it was my first time there, and I was visiting from out of state. I will visit here again for another try.
I happened to stumble on this Cafe on my early morning stroll and I was drawn by the atmosphere broken shaker provided. I was serviced by Dianie and she recommended the matcha which turned to be one of the most amazing drinks I have ever consumed. Her customer service was outstanding and I will be returning. 10/10 experience.
Love the place.
Great ambiance and good cocktails!
Such a cool bar! Cozy, dark, hidden atmosphere with great drinks
Boch was an amazing bartender! Excelente drinks. We will come back.
Great service, great cocktails! Butch is a great bartender, historian and service provider!
Lovely experience at the Broken Shaker!! Came here with a large group to celebrate an engagement and Mikayla was a pleasure to work with setting up the reservation. Ambiance was exactly what we were looking for, low key but elevated, and the cocktails were DELICIOUS.
I like this bar. It’s a little cramped in the drink ordering area but if you get there early enough then you can enjoy yourself.
Wish they had more than 2 bartenders but then the bartenders would be crowded.

Lay back kind of bar- good guacamole- :). Good cocktail drinks!
I came here and search of a happy hour, but unfortunately, they didn’t have one. Because of the time of the day, I was the only one at the bar, but the bartender seemed happy to have a customer and was very friendly. The vibe inside was cozy and accommodating. Prices were pretty high and parking is tough out front.
Awesome bar/cafe at the Freehand. My partner and I stayed here and we ate at the Broken Shaker multiple times. The food was delicious, the drinks were good, and the atmosphere was very nice. Glitch (?) was our bartender multiple nights and he made the experience great. Will happily go back for breakfast or a drink if I'm in the area again.
EDIT: Made a 2nd reservation for the end of March :)
Went for drinks at the bar. Noelle was an exceptional bartender. Made every drink perfect and very hospitable.
To think the Tokyo Hotel could turn into this. A nice hidden gem for the area. Have a pre or a post drink here before BUT visit here.
