I love custard, and this place did not disappoint! Would recommend any of the flavor options here, as they each have a distinct taste. I think if you want ice cream, then you should find another spot. But if it's custard you're looking for specifically, definitely come here! The pricing matches the area, so keep that in mind.
Apparently there is a pronounced difference between custard and ice cream. I got the espresso fudge custard large. The portions were reasonable and the ingredients tasted high quality. That being said, I don’t think I’m much of a custard guy so I’d probably try the ice cream next.
I visited Brothers at 10:30 pm, approximately 30 minutes before closing time.
The staff was friendly, and the ice cream parlor was beautifully decorated. However, my only disappointment was the custard. It was barely frozen and, within a few minutes of receiving it, had already turned into a liquidy consistency. I had expected it to remain frozen for a bit longer.
