Got the Tiger Tea with Dalgona topping. The boba was a little softer than I’m used to but still a nice chew. Drinks come in one size. Quick friendly service, employee was knowledgeable about the menu. Yummy but not worth $8+ for a single drink.

The milk teas are decent but they need more flavor. I ordered the taro and it looked like a thin line of purple and the rest was topped with almond milk and didn't have a purple color or taste. The service was great and the staff was very friendly but the drinks need work. They only offer almond milk as a dairy substitute while other boba places have oat milk or soy.

I ordered a jasmine milk tea with 50% sugar; taste was mediocre, and overall it was a little pricey for the size and quality. Staff was accommodating, however. No seatings available which was disappointing. I’d not come back as there are better choices around the area.

Huge selection: loved the tiger dalgona coffee, mango pomelo with popping boba, and the spiced chai. Busy location and friendly

We had milk taro (too plain) and peach oolong (too sweet and it’s just sugar syrup no tea flavor). Neither was tasty……

Near to the hotel we were staying so I ordered online & my husband would walk there to pick up. Very easy to order online & the price seem reasonable. I wish I ordered full sugar level for my tea but I tried to go less sweet on anything I can. Mango oolong tea is okay, it has a bit of sour flavor & maybe I need to order double boba next time. My husband 's dagona coffe looked so delicious. My sons got Thai milk tea & Peach oolong milk tea. Was raining & cold but milk tea, why not ?!

Service was fast. The flavor of the drinks were ok but the boba had a weird consistency. There are far better bubble tea shops in Chicago. Don’t know that I’d ever come back to this one again. Staff wasn’t overly friendly as we had experienced in the other

Good place to get a bubble tea in the heart of downtown on Michigan Ave. Lots of selections. I like "with milk." The strawberry/jasmine with milk was good, but there wasn't any strawberry flavor. Had a unique flavor. Definitely would get another boba tea. Friendly.
