First of all the food is really really bad.
I made an order by using DoorDash they made the driver wait for an hour to handle him the order. Worker they don’t care about customer I called the restaurant the girl she answered the phone she is weird so please I hope the manager will see my review and take care of his business because his employees making him lose money.

Terrible experience with my order at Buffalo Wild Wings. The order was extremely late, and there was no communication or update about the delay. Customer service was unhelpful, and the wait time was unacceptable. Very disappointing!

It's always either a hit or a miss and it's never normal always. There's a huge wait time and sometimes they just forget the order too. The people are actually a gem but things like the above could be improved :)

Came in at 4ish on a Tuesday so not busy at all. Manny and Aaliyah helped me and was so helpful with ordering!! I really wanted the chips with guac but didn't realize it was an after hour promo so they said I could get the chips and salsa and add guac. So appreciative of their help and was very well fed w the large portions! Hope to dine with them again! Thank you guys!

Jonathan was phenomenal! I’ll be honest, I’ve been reluctant to visit this location from the other reviews. It’s the closest location to me, and had a gift card, so I hoped for the best, bringing along three others who’d never been for dinner. They loved the usual multi-screen experience, & that we were seated in a quieter room (presumably because we had a teenager with us). We ordered pretzel knots, and onion rings, which everyone enjoyed. Then boneless of several sauces/dry rubs, but Sweet BBQ and Desert Heat were the table favorites. The service was amazing! I’d happily return!

I frequently visit the Maxwell BWW because this is where I charge my car and they open late! Lately the service and food has improved tremendously! I left a review about a month again and was disappointed unknowingly they were understaffed! Since the, the staffing has improved which has also has customer waiting less than usually ! In game days it tend to be a bit crowded but what can you expect when u have good food and service put together! During the day it’s less busy as oppose to the evening hours! If you don’t want to wait long period try to stay away on game days because it’s first come serve basis!!! My last review wasn’t so pleasant but since it’s improved I felt to need to update that review because it’s only fair to the business! BWW I’m back like I never left!! Thanks for taking your customer service reviews and making improvements that’s the least we can ask for!! Y’all hurry and get back they back on they good ish!!

Worst service I have ever gotten at a bdubs.
And having a good server is all part of the experience! Let me start off by saying bdubs is my ABSOLUTE favorite restaurant…. Would be even better if they brough back the tablets… but I digress.

I was ready to order right away as I go to bdubs often.

He wrote down my order on his phone.

As I kept trying to tell him the details of my order he kept walking away. Like rushing me. I understand you’re busy but then say I’ll be back to take your order.

Found out through the service this was a common occurrence throughout the entire service. He would walk away every time while I was mid sentence not even done with what I was saying!!!! The place was NOT that busy. Perhaps 10 tables for 2 servers… plus there was a host helping out & bartender to make drinks.

When he took my initial order I say we are members. And I get the deal today for the buy one get one free for TRADITIONAL wings. Right then and there he should of stopped me. It’s Thursday. I was exhausted and thought it was Tuesday . But also it should have been on the server to correct me, waited a long time for the wings. Only to have boneless come out. I really don’t like boneless! He forgot the blue cheese forgot the celery the carrots… so he took it back to get the right order. At this point we had been there for one hour!!! I had to then order my son a kids meal and made it boneless and one of the flavors that was on the plate they tried to give us. So that way it would come out fast. The fries are already made. The boneless wings are already made.

Let’s just say we waited another 30 minutes… got our wings first and then a few minutes later my son’s meal! Even though I said if he could please bring my son’s meal first. And since all the wings and fries were already made. No idea why it would come out later than the wings that they had to cook!!!

Then when the wings came out he brought out all blue cheese.

Omg I told him 3 times it was ranch and blue cheese.

Then our drinks were empty but he didn’t offer to get refills. Had to ask. Didn’t come and check up on our table ONCE. Kept having to flag him down:

Said they didn’t have chocolate milk but they did.

Gave me my bill without putting my phone number in. I get a discount. I literally gave him my phone number right before asking for the check so he didn’t have to come back twice.

Asked for two more tops. He didn’t bring them when bringing back the checks.

I mean I know these are little things but the list goes on. It was the absolute worst service I have ever had. No communication… always walking away… constantly getting things wrong probably cause he was barely listening and paying attention.

It honestly just made the whole experience horrible. And like I said bdubs is my favorite place to go to weekly and relax.. play some trivia. We go often.

I would definitely look at retraining staff, if I were the manager here. And try and make the entire experience more pleasant for the customer.
