Walked in and asked for help at 9:34 on Thursday night and the counter person would not get off his phone and just let the food get cold. The cook cooked the food and the counter person just kept on his cell phone as the food just sat there. Ridiculous service.

I just ordered an ice cream cup and found it was only half full. That’s terrible. This Burger King is cutting corners, and the front desk staff were very rude. Not recommended.

This is an old, old BK lounge is desperate need of new vinyl seat coverings. The brisket Whopper did not impress. Plus, the small amount of napkins provided for such a messy sandwhich is just wrong!

The guy walking last night, the Spanish guy, he was so rude. For one.... He didn't give me a receipt. For two, I placed an order to be picked up in the app and they gave me times of 11:05 and after so when I clicked 11:05 and when I got there he had the order ready. But I tried to show him in the app how they're giving the wrong times and he told me that he didn't care and I shouldn't care about anything else by myself. That's all he cares about about himself and I said some people might come here late. They may have hungry kids and they're ordering the food and then you guys are going to be closed. So you guys may want to address that with the people that are on the app in that system and he said he doesn't care. He also did not care that I ordered a special sauce on my last visit and they did not give me the right one. I ordered ranch and they gave me barbecue and he argued with me back and forth and told me that I must have made a mistake. He would not give me the ranch sauce. He told me to walk home and get the barbecue sauce and bring it back. I told him I did not order it by mistake because I hate barbecue sauce. He told me that I should not use the word hate because they're barbecue sauce is good. I told him it's not good to me and he went back and forth with me about three or four times to tell me that it is good and I should not use the Bard hate. It's a strong word as if he's my father and I'm a little kid. He was very painting with me and he tried to push his values which were not valuable to me off onto me. I am a US citizen who cares about America and I do care about people if they make an order after hours and the order can't be picked up. He said they just going to have to be mad. Then. He said I really don't care and he continued to tell me he didn't care like three times. When I went back to the door to ask him his name. He said why are you going to report me and I said yes and he said well then I don't have a name. He smiled and he laughed and he slammed the door. This was a very confusing trip and I told him I lost my mom and I'm having a hard time and please stop playing with me. He had upset and he was playing games and he treated me with no dignity and no respect and obviously he is said that he does not care about the customers. I told him we're going to stop going to Burger King if they're going to be treating people like this and he didn't care about that either.

He went to tell a lady in Spanish what I was saying and she said that it had already happened to her when somebody came late but they did not seem to care. He said have some more comes late. He will show them the sign on the door on the next day but nothing. He can do it about it and he doesn't even care. Just worry about myself. He said and he argue back and forth is me about that. I was there and I better come on time

Online it says they open at 6:00 am but it's not true and they sell ice coffee. You go to the store and they supposedly don't sell ice coffee, so why do they offer it online?

Doesn't matter if you order ahead. Once you're there you have to fight for them to start getting your order together. They won't start putting it together until you yell your number at them
