Maybe my timing wasn't right. It was extremely busy. I was at the drive thru longer than 15 minutes & order never taken. Decided to go in & in line at the door. I would just consider another location. That's my first impression. So, I can't comment about anything regarding this location. Only service it should just be better communication.

I’ve been eating here for 30 years. It used to be so much better. Gone are the days of Burger Buddies and indoor smoking. Now it’s $8 Whoppers and $3 pops. I digress. My biggest complaint is that the drive thru is so slow. If you come at night, odds are it will take 15 - 20 minutes to get your order.

I ended up going out of my way to this location. the guys here were very kind/welcoming and helpful. they took my order even with some of my special needs/requests ..and got everything RIGHT! no issues no mistakes. food was even hot for fast food i was satisfiedI started out in alsip on a 122st ish and pulask BKi. I went inside. I stood there at the counter for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and told they would be with me in a moment another 5 minutes went by and I left

Super racist. If you come around noon there’s a funny table of old white men talking loudly about how they feel about the Blacks, the Latinos, the Asians etc with one of the employees. I tried working remotely here like I would at a cafe, this BK responded by locking the restrooms and telling me I was no longer allowed to order coffee, I had to order a full meal to work there. I think they thought a $10 meal would make me leave bc that’s what they make per hr LOL IDK I paid for the meal and finished working. I’m now working from a nearby Starbucks and my friend who isn’t black and is still working from this BK says they unlocked the restrooms once I went to Starbucks. To top it off, I’m pretty sure one of the employees called me the N-word, but my hearing isn’t great. I’m in the top 5%, this person flipped my burger... I'm finding it hard to care.Also, idk why but the workers and the regular customers all have a gross splotchy rash on their faces. My friend who is still working remotely from this BK is now starting to get the rash, although I haven't had the heart to tell her.
