I ended up going out of my way to this location. the guys here were very kind/welcoming and helpful. they took my order even with some of my special needs/requests ..and got everything RIGHT! no issues no mistakes. food was even hot for fast food i was satisfiedI started out in alsip on a 122st ish and pulask BKi. I'm not sure what the guys name was that was working ... but he deserves a RAISEEEEE! This bacon king is the best burger i've ever had. And he was so nice! Very good customer service all the times i've seen him there. No but for real, this burger is banging. 10/10

Great customer service everrrrry time, even under unforeseen staff shortage he still tried to accommodate us!!! Offered substitutes and all! Steveeeeeee S!!!! He's the mannnn!!!
