The manager is a liar to ask her for two fresh sandwiches of fish and she provide to old ones 7 minutes later I told her that she was lying and I gave her her face back and I want my money back

Omg if I could give this place 0 STARS I WOULD!!! The attitude here is beyond me, you women that work there need to really work on your customer service because if life wasn’t already hard I would gladly put you in your place over some onion rings. Told the manager if I could come pick them up since I was close because they weren’t in the bag but had one magically in the half ate fries.. but her response was first about a receipt, which the two children they have working the drive thru didn’t give me one I don’t think they even knew where they were working asking me if I ordered a mcchicken like what?? So… she had nothing to offer besides a nasty attitude, which she could’ve kept because really I’m with all that and if I didn’t know any better I would’ve acted out. Moral of the story, don’t eat here, THE REVIEWS DON’T LIE.

Had a issue with a delivery order which went wrong and arelia the manager and district manager Susan not only listened and understood my issue but kindly rectified m y issue . Clean and courteous workers and hot quality food at the 63rd and cicero chicago location .!!!
