They really try to charge me on my redeem points and charge me for my sauce that was supposed to come with my side order. They wanted to argue with me and made me look like I was trying to get free stuff. They ended up putting a lot of sauce on my burgers. Very rude service the register employee didn’t take my order correctly.

Yeah it was cool quick breakfast grab on a rainy day. French toast sticks were what brought me in there and they were just as fantastic as I remembered them.

Needed to buy an item to use the restroom for my daughter. Cashier took my money but had an attitude against me. In brief I didn’t get the sprite I ordered or access to the bathroom which I paid for. I think it is inconsiderate to do this to a child. Wasn’t much of BK customer but definitely not even a chance. Whoever was my cashier need training.

Food was good, but I ordered Coke,(drive thru) later I found out there was barely Coke, all water. Now, do we have to taste our drinks before leaving the drive thru? Please manage to serve quality products that people pay for.
